Trampoline

Trampoline is a cross-border B2B home décor platform co-headquartered in London and Gurgaon, founded in December 2023 by Abhik Ghosh, Anushka Mahanti, and Varun Deo. The company was built to address a long-standing structural gap in the global home and living market: independent retailers — shops, interior designers, and wholesalers — account for over 70% of the $800 billion sector, yet have historically been locked out of the supply chain tools and terms reserved for large-volume buyers.
The traditional export model connecting Indian manufacturers with overseas independent retailers is characterised by fragmented intermediaries, opaque pricing, inconsistent quality assurance, and high minimum order quantities. Trampoline dismantles this by operating a fully vertically integrated model — owning curation, design, sourcing from audited factory partners across India and Vietnam, end-to-end quality control, consolidation, and last-mile logistics. The result is a full-stack experience from concept to container, delivered with retail-ready quality and real-time supply chain visibility.
The platform gives independent retailers access to low or no minimum order quantities, favourable payment terms, and highly personalised product curation across categories including wood furniture, marble and stone accessories, rugs, textiles, and lighting. For Indian and Vietnamese manufacturing SMEs — a sector that exports over $10 billion in home décor annually — Trampoline provides a reliable, data-driven channel to global demand that was previously inaccessible without large intermediary trading relationships.
In June 2024, Trampoline closed a $5 million seed round co-led by Matrix Partners India and WaterBridge Ventures, with an additional $2 million in venture debt from Alteria Capital. The capital is being deployed to strengthen supply chain and sourcing capabilities, accelerate new product development, and scale the early team. Since launching in the UK in February 2024, the company has served over 200 retailers and built a catalogue of more than 1,000 curated SKUs across 25-plus home and living categories.
