Abhishek Garg

Abhishek Garg is a technology entrepreneur and software engineer of Indian heritage, educated at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee — the same institution where his VerbaFlo co-founder Sayantan Biswas studied. With over a decade of experience in building highly scalable software systems, Garg has spent his career at the intersection of engineering excellence and product development, operating across companies of varying scale before co-founding VerbaFlo. He is based in Bengaluru, where he leads technical development for VerbaFlo's platform while the company's commercial and operational leadership is centred in London.
Garg co-founded VerbaFlo in October 2024 alongside Sayantan Biswas (CEO), VP Singh (COO), and Dan Smith, bringing deep technical expertise to a founding team defined by prior experience in proptech, real estate operations, and platform businesses. His role as Chief Technology Officer has been central to VerbaFlo's ability to build a production-grade, enterprise-ready AI platform within a remarkably compressed timeframe — reaching over 200,000 units under management globally within ten months of launch.
The technical architecture Garg has built at VerbaFlo centres on a multi-agent AI system in which specialised agents — trained for leasing, marketing, operations, finance, maintenance, and resident support — integrate directly with clients' existing property management systems and CRMs. Unlike general-purpose chatbot tools layered onto websites, each VerbaFlo agent has access to live operational data, enabling it to qualify leads, schedule viewings, log maintenance requests, update records, and manage renewals without human intervention. The platform centralises conversations across email, web chat, WhatsApp, SMS, Instagram, and voice, supporting over 200 languages and processing a high volume of interactions autonomously — with approximately 75% of conversations on the platform fully handled by AI.
VerbaFlo raised £5.2 million in a seed round led by Pi Labs in March 2026, with participation from Haatch, Navigate Ventures, Old College Capital, and a group of global family offices, bringing total funding to approximately £7 million. The capital is being deployed to accelerate US expansion, deepen AI model investment, and scale the global team. Garg's technical leadership will be central to the platform's ability to serve increasingly large and complex real estate operators across the United States and other international markets.
