VerbaFlo is a London-based conversational AI platform built specifically for residential real estate operators. Founded in October 2024 by Sayantan Biswas, Abhishek Garg, VP Singh, and Dan Smith, the company provides an AI communications layer that enables property owners and managers to automate leasing, resident engagement, and operations at scale. VerbaFlo integrates directly with existing property management systems and CRM platforms, deploying specialised AI agents trained across functions including leasing, marketing, finance, maintenance, and resident support.

Residential real estate is one of the world's largest asset classes by value, yet much of its revenue depends on fragmented, manual communication. Prospective tenant enquiries arrive across multiple channels — email, web chat, WhatsApp, SMS, phone — with inconsistent response times and high staff overhead. Property managers are stretched across an expanding portfolio while tenant expectations for speed and availability continue to rise. Legacy chatbot tools have failed to address the problem because they are too shallow to handle the complexity of real tenancy conversations.

VerbaFlo's platform operates across web chat, WhatsApp, email, SMS, Instagram, and voice channels simultaneously, centralising all communication through a single AI brain trained on tenancy rules, contracts, guarantors, local regulations, and seasonal demand patterns. Rather than answering FAQs and handing off, VerbaFlo's agents qualify leads, schedule viewings, process maintenance requests, manage renewals, and update backend systems automatically. Within its first ten months of operation, the platform generated over £15 million in additional revenue for customers while saving over £10 million in contact centre and software costs. Approximately 75% of conversations on the platform are fully handled by AI without human intervention.

In March 2026, VerbaFlo raised £5.2 million in a seed round led by Pi Labs, with participation from Haatch, Navigate Ventures, Old College Capital, and a group of global family offices, bringing total funding to approximately £7 million. The company currently supports over 200,000 residential units globally across the UK, Europe, and the United States, with further expansion planned across the Middle East, Australia, South Africa, and additional European markets.
