VP Singh — known professionally as Virender Pratap Singh — is a co-founder and the Chief Operating Officer of VerbaFlo, the London-based conversational AI platform for residential real estate. Singh brings operational leadership and proptech sector experience to a founding team that combines technical depth with hands-on knowledge of how real estate businesses run at scale. He co-founded VerbaFlo in October 2024 alongside Sayantan Biswas (CEO), Abhishek Garg (CTO), and Dan Smith, with the company growing rapidly from launch to supporting over 200,000 residential units globally within its first year of operation.

As COO, Singh oversees the day-to-day operational delivery of VerbaFlo's platform across its customer base in the UK, Europe, and the United States. The operational challenge at VerbaFlo is significant: the platform serves more than 40 real estate operators simultaneously, handling enquiry management, lead qualification, viewings booking, maintenance coordination, onboarding, and renewal conversations across dozens of property brands. Singh's role involves ensuring that the platform's AI agents are correctly configured for each operator's workflows, that integrations with property management systems function reliably, and that the customer success function delivers the measurable outcomes — leasing velocity, cost reduction, resident satisfaction — that VerbaFlo's commercial proposition is built on.

VerbaFlo's clients include Homes for Students, Moda Living, Fusion Students, Housing Hand, and Downing, with the platform active across the UK and Europe and expanding into the United States and further international markets. Within ten months of launch, VerbaFlo generated over £15 million in additional revenue for its customers and saved over £10 million in contact centre and software costs — results that reflect both the platform's technical capabilities and the operational rigour Singh and his co-founders have applied in ensuring it delivers consistent value at scale.

In March 2026, VerbaFlo raised £5.2 million in a seed round led by Pi Labs, with participation from Haatch, Navigate Ventures, Old College Capital, and a group of global family offices, bringing total funding to approximately £7 million. Singh's operational leadership will be central to the company's ability to execute on its US expansion strategy and scale global operations as VerbaFlo grows toward serving operators managing hundreds of thousands of units across multiple continents.
