Aditya Jha is a quantitative researcher turned founder and a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology. He spent close to a decade building trading and execution systems inside some of the City's largest institutions.
He started at J.P. Morgan in 2018 as an associate in e-trading and systematic trading, then joined RBC Capital Markets in 2021 as a vice president in quantitative research, where he led work on a global cross-asset algorithmic execution stack. In 2024 he moved to Tower Research Capital and became Business Head for Mid-Frequency Trading, overseeing execution, data and platform work.
He founded Itoflow in 2026 with Abinash Meher and Dibya Jyoti Roy. The company builds AI agents that take an investment firm's own research, risk and review process and run it continuously across asset classes. In August 2026 Itoflow raised £1.8M in pre-seed funding led by Balderton Capital.
