Itoflow builds AI agents for professional investment teams. The aim is to give hedge funds, asset managers and family offices the kind of systematic research and monitoring that the largest quant firms spend years and large teams building, without asking them to adopt someone else's investment philosophy.
Teams describe their investment approach, risk limits and review criteria in plain English. Itoflow's agents then run quantitative research and backtests, watch portfolios continuously and flag material changes with the evidence behind them, across equities, bonds, ETFs, commodities and digital assets. Customers decide which actions need human sign-off, and institutional clients can run the platform inside their own infrastructure so strategies and data stay in-house.
Founded in London in 2026, Itoflow is led by CEO Aditya Jha, with Abinash Meher as CTO and co-founder Dibya Jyoti Roy as chief architect. It is running pilots with hedge funds and family offices and is in talks with exchanges, brokerages and financial data providers. In August 2026 it raised £1.8M ($2.5M) in pre-seed funding led by Balderton Capital, with angels including Cleo founder Barney Hussey-Yeo.
