Dibya Jyoti Roy is a cloud infrastructure engineer and Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur graduate, based in Bellevue, Washington.
He joined Microsoft in 2017 after an internship with Microsoft IT in Hyderabad, and spent almost nine years on Azure, rising to senior software engineer. Much of that time went into Azure's private and internal DNS, the service that lets customers use their own domain names across virtual networks.
In 2026 he co-founded Itoflow with Aditya Jha, taking the role of chief architect. The company builds the agent infrastructure that runs an investment firm's own research and monitoring process continuously, and raised £1.8M in pre-seed funding led by Balderton Capital in August 2026.
