Aishwarya Dahanukar is an Indian-heritage entrepreneur and co-founder of Tangible, a London-based fintech company building the financial infrastructure that connects hardtech companies with institutional structured debt. Her background is in capital markets, where she developed deep expertise in financial instruments, debt structuring, and investment banking before turning to the startup world.

Dahanukar's career in capital markets gave her direct exposure to the machinery of structured finance — the documentation, diligence, and reporting workflows that institutional lenders require before deploying capital into asset-heavy businesses. Observing the gap between the sophistication of debt markets and the inaccessibility of that capital for early-stage hardware founders became the core motivation for co-founding Tangible.

She co-founded Tangible in 2021 alongside William Godfrey, who came from a venture capital and hardware background, and Sebastian Abdy Sabouné, a software product builder with experience in financial products. Dahanukar serves as Chief Commercial Officer, leading the lender-facing side of the business and the company's broader commercial strategy. The company launched initially as Twist, rebranding to Tangible in early 2025 as its platform and thesis matured.

Under her commercial leadership, Tangible has built a network of 28 banks alongside a growing roster of private credit providers willing to take on earlier-stage hardware risk. The company raised £4 million in late 2024 and a further £3 million seed round in February 2026 led by Pale Blue Dot, with participation from MMC, Future Positive Capital, and other specialist investors — bringing total capital raised to approximately $8 million.
