Dhruv Chadha is a British Indian entrepreneur and co-founder of Record OS. He built his early career across some of the defining names in global finance and technology, holding roles at Google, Wise and the crypto analytics platform Nansen before turning to the problem of UK tax compliance.

At Wise, Chadha joined as an early employee during the company's high-growth period, developing deep operational experience in financial services and product. It was there he met his co-founder, José Luis De La Peña.
