Duygu Gözeler Porchet is a Turkish entrepreneur and the co-founder of Monq, a London-based enterprise AI startup building an AI-driven strategic procurement negotiation platform. An award-winning business leader with an extensive career in senior banking and financial services, she brings institutional-grade commercial credibility to a company challenging one of the last major enterprise functions yet to be transformed by automation.

Before co-founding Monq, Gözeler Porchet held senior roles at major global financial institutions including Deutsche Bank and HSBC, developing deep expertise in financial analysis, deal structuring, and enterprise relationship management. Her career navigated the traditionally male-dominated environments of investment banking and financial services — an experience she has spoken about openly as one that sharpened her commercial instincts, negotiation capability, and resilience as a leader and founder.

Her transition from banking into enterprise AI reflects a conviction she shares with co-founder Yasin Bostancı: that procurement — the function responsible for the supplier relationships and high-value contracts that determine a company's cost structure and operational resilience — has been systematically underserved by technology. Businesses spend more than half of their operating income on goods and services procured through processes that remain largely manual, intuition-driven, and poorly measured. Monq was built to change that.

The company emerged from stealth in November 2025 with £2.3 million in pre-seed funding from Outward VC, Octopus Ventures, Cornerstone VC, Lakestar Halo, and others. Early pilots showed cost savings of up to 40% and deal cycle acceleration of up to five times. Gözeler Porchet's combination of financial services depth, negotiation expertise, and entrepreneurial drive positions her as both a product authority and a commercial leader as Monq scales its engineering teams and enterprise client base across Europe, the US, and the Middle East.
