Gautham Senthilnathan is a co-founder of Calibre, a London-based startup building AI infrastructure for the testing, inspection and certification industry. He is of South Asian heritage and met his co-founder Steve Thomas at university, where the two began collaborating on technical projects that would eventually shape Calibre.

Before founding Calibre, Gautham spent three years at Palantir, where he became a direct report to chief technology officer Shyam Sankar. He ran more than 100 AI bootcamps using Palantir's AIP platform and worked embedded inside customer operations across regulated industries, learning where enterprise AI delivers value and where it falls short.

At Calibre, Gautham and Steve are building bespoke AI agents for enterprise TIC bodies and AuditorOS, an AI product for independent auditors that handles documentation review, report writing and standards cross-referencing. The company raised a $3.3M pre-seed in May 2026 led by Vicus Ventures and CIV.
