Hong Meng Lim is a Malaysian-British entrepreneur and technologist who co-founded Accessia, a London-based startup building tools to help businesses identify and fix digital accessibility barriers. With a background in software and product development, Hong Meng brings technical expertise to one of the fastest-growing compliance areas in the digital economy, driven by the European Accessibility Act and equivalent legislation in the UK and US.

As Co-Founder of Accessia, Hong Meng works alongside CEO Mark Loney and co-founders Mark Menezes and Nikola Bojinov to develop a platform that makes digital accessibility scanning and remediation accessible to businesses of all sizes. Accessia's tools enable companies to find and resolve issues that prevent users with disabilities — including visual, hearing, motor, and cognitive impairments — from fully accessing their digital products and services.

Accessia raised pre-seed funding to build and commercialise its platform, targeting a market where less than 5% of websites currently meet international accessibility standards. The company is based in London and is positioning itself at the intersection of regulatory compliance, inclusive design, and enterprise software.
