Manoj Ganapathy

Manoj Ganapathy is a British-Indian serial entrepreneur and the co-founder and Chief Product Officer of Paid, the London-based revenue infrastructure platform for AI agents. Born in India and educated at the Institute of Technology and Science in Ghaziabad, Manoj built his expertise at the intersection of billing, product management and enterprise software — areas where he would go on to become one of the most experienced practitioners in the UK.

Manoj's career includes a landmark role as Head of Product for Salesforce Billing at Salesforce Revenue Cloud, overseeing one of the world's most widely-deployed billing platforms. Before that, he founded Invoice IT, an enterprise billing solution that was acquired by Steelbrick and subsequently integrated into Salesforce. He later founded SalesTrip, a Salesforce-native platform for managing business travel and expenses, leading it as CEO from 2019 to 2023 and growing it to serve customers across six countries.

In 2025, Manoj co-founded Paid alongside Manny Medina, Raj Dosanjh and Arnon Shimoni, with the thesis that AI agent companies cannot scale sustainably using SaaS-era seat-based pricing models. Paid provides flexible pricing, billing, margin management and renewal infrastructure purpose-built for agentic software. The company raised a €10 million pre-seed led by EQT Ventures and Sequoia Capital in March 2025, followed by a $21.6 million seed round led by Lightspeed Venture Partners in May 2025.
