Michael Bajwa is a British entrepreneur of South Asian heritage and the co-founder and CEO of Zaro, a London-based AI company building a shared context and memory layer for enterprise AI. He studied at the University of Edinburgh before beginning his career in product and technology roles across the UK startup ecosystem.
Bajwa joined Convergence as the company's first product hire, taking its Proxy AI agent — one of the first capable of navigating software without API integrations — from zero to $1 million in ARR in ten weeks. When Salesforce acquired Convergence eleven months after launch, Bajwa moved with the team to help ship Agentforce, Salesforce's enterprise AI platform, which has since grown to $1.2 billion in ARR. The experience gave him an unusually clear view of how AI value compounds inside vendors rather than the companies deploying it.
In 2025, Bajwa co-founded Zaro alongside Qian Zheng to build the other side of that equation: a platform where enterprise knowledge accumulates for the company itself, not for the software it runs on. Zaro emerged from stealth in June 2026 with a $5.1 million pre-seed round led by Cherry Ventures, backed by angels including Hugging Face co-founder Thomas Wolf, GitHub CEO Thomas Dohmke, and the founding team of Convergence.
