Mitesh Patel is the Founder and CEO of Fifosys, one of the UK's leading managed IT services providers. He founded Fifosys in 2001 after digital technology disrupted his family's film processing business — an experience that gave him a defining insight: the future belonged to those who embraced technology before it became mainstream. With no formal IT background, Mitesh built Fifosys from the ground up in London, driven by a commitment to staying ahead of the technology curve on behalf of his clients.

Over more than two decades, Mitesh has grown Fifosys into a top-10 global managed service provider, ranked the highest UK representative on the MSP 501 list in 2025. The company serves over 300 clients across the UK from offices in London, Colchester, Wolverhampton, and Fareham, delivering cloud computing, cybersecurity, IT support, and infrastructure management services to SMEs and mid-market businesses. Mitesh achieved this through a combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions including Octavia IT, Foration IT, Enforce Technology, and TMB.

Fifosys holds ISO 27001 certification, is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, and achieved Datto Elite Partner status in 2015. Mitesh is widely regarded as a key figure in the UK MSP community, having built a business that now employs hundreds of staff and protects the IT environments of clients across multiple sectors.
