Nikhil Shah

Nikhil Shah is the co-founder and Chief Architect of MyARC, the operating system for online fitness. Of British South Asian heritage, Shah is a highly technical engineer whose background spans some of the UK’s most innovative and fast-scaling technology businesses — making him the engineering backbone behind MyARC’s platform.
Before joining MyARC full-time, Shah built software to automate the procurement process at CloudNC, the London-based AI-powered precision manufacturing company that has raised over $45 million in funding. He also built creator management and email notification systems for major consumer brands including Myprotein, Lookfantastic, and Zavvi — work that gave him firsthand experience of the creator commerce infrastructure that MyARC would eventually build for the fitness vertical specifically.
Shah was initially brought in part-time by co-founder Arohan Subramonia to help build the MyARC platform, before the Techstars acceptance in 2022 gave him and Subramonia the conviction to leave their well-paying engineering roles and go full-time as co-founders alongside CEO Peter Monteza. His technical depth and capital-efficient approach to software development have been central to MyARC achieving seven-figure annual recurring revenue with a team of four and under $280,000 raised.
In January 2026, MyARC raised more than $2 million from Araya Ventures, Morgan Stanley Investment Management, Techstars, G Fund, and NoBa Capital to scale its next-generation platform, which enables fitness creators to deliver adaptive, personalised training at global scale.
