Nizam Bata

Nizam Bata is a British-South Asian entrepreneur and care sector operator with over a decade of experience building and running social care businesses. He studied at the London School of Business and Finance, qualifying as an ACCA-accredited accountant, before founding IBC Healthcare in 2012 — a Midlands-based provider supporting hundreds of people with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. That frontline experience gave him an intimate understanding of the staffing challenges that care providers face every day.
In 2019, Bata co-founded CareHires alongside Suleman Sacranie, combining his operational expertise in care delivery with Sacranie's technology and entrepreneurship background. As Co-CEO, he leads on care sector partnerships and business development, leveraging his network of care providers built over more than a decade.
CareHires has grown to serve over 150 care services across the UK, fulfilling more than half a million staffing hours. The company raised £1.7 million in 2025 from West Hill Capital to scale its AI-powered platform and broaden access to efficient, compliant workforce management across the sector.
