Priya Downes has been the Founder and CEO of NUDEA since January 2019. She also served as an angel investor at Labelld from 2023 to 2024. Before NUDEA, she was the Director of Merchandising at Fiorucci from June 2017 to December 2018, overseeing merchandising, product planning, supply chain, sourcing, and product development. Prior to Fiorucci, Downes had a significant tenure at Burberry in London, where she held two key roles: Merchandise Planning Manager from December 2014 to June 2017, and Strategic Pricing Manager from April 2012 to December 2014.

Early in her career, Downes was a Senior Financial Analyst at the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in Washington, D.C., from May 2006 to January 2011, which is part of the World Bank Group.

With extensive experience across multiple high-profile fashion brands and roles in financial analysis, strategic planning, and merchandising, Downes has a well-rounded background in both the fashion and finance industries.
