Rishabh Kaul is a Venture Partner at Hoxton Ventures, where he invests at the earliest stages across AI, infrastructure and developer-first startups in Europe. He joined the firm in mid-2025 after a decade as a founder, operator and angel investor, and brings an operator's perspective to early-stage diligence and post-investment support.

Rishabh co-founded Belong, a Sequoia- and Matrix-backed enterprise HR tech platform that helped companies find and engage passive talent. Before that he was an early employee and Chief of Staff at GreyOrange, a robotics startup he had sourced through his university alumni network, where he led GTM, fundraising and engineering recruitment.
