Rohit Vaish is a British-Asian fintech entrepreneur and the President and co-founder of Saturn, a London-based AI company building the operating system for UK financial advice firms. His professional foundation was laid during more than five years at BNY Mellon, one of the world’s largest asset managers, where he built investment portfolios for wealth management clients and led compliance initiatives including firm-wide value-for-money assessments and client suitability reviews — the exact processes that Saturn now automates.

After leaving financial services, Vaish led product and operations teams at a range of startups before co-founding Saturn in 2023 alongside Amal Jolly and Michael Ettlinger. His specific experience at the intersection of wealth management and regulatory compliance gave the founding team a precise understanding of where the administrative burden on financial advice firms is most acute and where AI could deliver the greatest leverage. The result was a platform designed not as a generic AI tool but as a purpose-built compliance and operations system for the UK financial advice industry.

As President of Saturn, Vaish has overseen the development of a community infrastructure that allows advisory firms to share knowledge and best practices as they adopt AI workflows. He has been particularly vocal about the importance of maintaining the human dimension of financial advice — his view is that AI should amplify the adviser-client relationship rather than replace it, enabling junior advisers to operate with the tools and guidance previously available only to the most experienced practitioners.

Saturn has been backed by Y Combinator and raised £11.2 million in a Series A led by Singular in October 2025. The company supports over 600 advisory firms managing more than £35 billion in assets, with Vaish’s operational and compliance expertise central to building the institutional trust that has driven adoption across some of the UK’s most prominent advisory networks.
