Stephanie Leung is the co-founder and CEO of KareHero, an elderly-care employee benefit platform that gives employees a dedicated care advocate to help them navigate hospital discharge, care assessments, planning and funding for ageing relatives.

Before founding KareHero, Leung spent more than two decades in operating roles across Asia and Europe. Leung is also a Non-Executive Director at Scottish Mortgage Investment Trust, the FTSE 100 listed investment company, and a Google for Startups mentor. KareHero acquired Care Sourcer, the UK's leading elderly-care concierge service, in 2023, with backing from LocalGlobe and Form Ventures.
