Vincent Li is the Co-Founder and COO of Term Structure Labs, a Taiwanese DeFi company building peer-to-peer fixed-rate lending and borrowing infrastructure for both retail and institutional participants.

Vincent Li is a Taiwanese technologist and entrepreneur with a background in enterprise software and general management. Prior to co-founding Term Structure, he served as General Manager at Enlightouch Inc., where he developed expertise in building and scaling software products across Asian markets.

In 2022, he teamed up with Jerry Li to establish Term Structure Labs, a decentralised finance infrastructure company. As COO, Vincent oversees operational delivery and platform development, helping bring the company's peer-to-peer fixed-income protocol from concept to live deployment on Ethereum.

Term Structure's protocol allows borrowers and lenders to transact at fixed rates and fixed terms — a foundational primitive mirroring the structure of traditional bond markets within DeFi. The platform secured $4.25 million in seed funding and has since expanded into institutional markets through the launch of Term Structure Institutional.
