Sohaib's realisation of the vast data resources available to large businesses, compared to the limited data access for smaller, growing brands, was a pivotal moment in his career.

Working in banking and financial services, he saw the stark contrast between how big corporations leveraged data and how smaller entities often relied on guesswork and trial-and-error.

This disparity led him to create &facts.

His vision is to level the playing field, providing growing brands with the same tools and insights to make data-driven decisions as the very largest brands. By creating &facts, Sohaib aimed to transform data analysis and market research from a complex, resource-heavy process to an accessible, easy-to-use platform.
