Ctrl Alt

Ctrl Alt is a B2B tokenisation infrastructure provider for alternative assets, founded in London in 2022 by Matt Ong. The company gives banks, asset managers and governments a regulated, end-to-end platform for structuring and distributing tokenised exposure to private credit, real estate, infrastructure, funds, litigation finance and other traditionally illiquid asset classes.
The product set covers the full tokenisation lifecycle. SPV 3.0 lets clients create digital wrappers around real-world assets to enable fractional ownership; Funds 3.0 does the same for fund structures; and a distribution API plugs the resulting tokenised assets directly into financial institutions' existing customer-facing platforms. Recent work has included delivering the first tokenisation of a debt transaction for a UK bank, and partnerships with the digital arm of Emirates NBD to bring tokenised investments into mainstream consumer banking.
Ctrl Alt has tokenised more than $850 million in assets to date and is a participant in the Bank of England's Digital Securities Sandbox. In 2025 it secured direct authorisation from the Financial Conduct Authority, moving from an appointed-representative model to operating under its own regulatory permissions, and SEI Investments took a strategic stake. Headquartered in London with offices in Belfast and Dubai, Ctrl Alt's team includes alumni of Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, UBS and Revolut.
