Learnerbly

Learnerbly is a workplace learning marketplace founded in London in 2016 by Rajeeb Dey MBE. The platform exists because most enterprise L&D budgets are spent on top-down content libraries that go unused; Learnerbly inverts the model, giving employees curated access to learning resources they actually choose, while employers pay only for what gets consumed.

The product aggregates more than 250 providers — including Blinkist, Masterclass, Pluralsight, and General Assembly — across courses, conferences, books, e-learning subscriptions, and coaching. Customers include HelloFresh, King, GoCardless, WeTransfer, Curve, and Busuu, and the platform reports engagement rates roughly four times the L&D industry average.

Learnerbly has raised more than $12M to date, including a $10M Series A in December 2021 led by Beringea, with participation from Frontline Ventures, Triple Point, Future Planet Capital, FJ Labs, and angel investors. The company employs around 60 people across a distributed workforce serving customers in over 50 countries.
