Rajeeb Dey MBE is founder and CEO of Learnerbly, the workplace learning marketplace he launched in 2016, and is now also building Hutora as his latest venture. Learnerbly serves more than 100 organisations and thousands of employees in over 50 countries, including HelloFresh, King, GoCardless, WeTransfer, and Curve.

Learnerbly has raised more than $12M to date, including a $10M Series A in late 2021 led by Beringea, with backing from Frontline Ventures, Triple Point, Future Planet Capital, FJ Labs, and angel investors including the former global head of learning at Google. The product gives employees access to curated content from over 250 providers — books, courses, conferences, coaching — under company-managed budgets, with employers paying only for what gets consumed.

Dey was the youngest recipient of the Queen's Award for Enterprise Promotion in 2013 and was appointed MBE for services to entrepreneurship. He is a Young Global Leader at the World Economic Forum and read Economics & Management at the University of Oxford, graduating with First Class Honours. Earlier ventures include Enternships, the student-to-startup placement portal he founded as an undergraduate, and Startup Britain, the government-backed campaign he co-founded in 2011.
