Under his leadership, Learnerbly has thrived, boasting impressive engagement rates and catering to over 100 clients, including notable companies like King.com, Epic Games, and HelloFresh. The platform offers curated learning resources from more than 250 top L&D providers, promoting impactful learning cultures in modern hybrid organizations. Supported by a distinguished Advisory Board, Learnerbly has established itself as a leader in workplace learning solutions.

Dey's extensive experience extends beyond Learnerbly. He is a Young Global Leader at the World Economic Forum since 2012 and has contributed to the Global Agenda Council on Migration. He is also a member of the Edtech Founders Club and an Unreasonable Fellow, supporting entrepreneurs tackling social and environmental challenges.
