Stotles is a London-based govtech platform that gives private sector companies the tools and intelligence needed to find, pursue, and win government contracts. Founded in 2019 by three London Business School MBA alumni, it addresses the chronic inefficiency of the £12 trillion global B2G (business-to-government) market, where public sector spending data is fragmented, procurement timelines are opaque, and most suppliers have no systematic way to identify opportunities before formal tenders are published.

The platform consolidates public sector spending, tender, and contract data, and uses AI to surface early buying signals, map competitor relationships, size a supplier's total addressable market, and generate first drafts of bids. It covers the entire public sector sales lifecycle from strategy and pipeline building through to tender qualification and bid submission, and integrates with tools like Salesforce and Slack.

Stotles has raised a total of $21.6 million, including a $13 million Series A in 2025 led by Headline and Acton with support from Form Ventures and Seedcamp. The platform serves over 1,000 businesses — including Amazon Business, Salesforce, Vodafone, Snowflake, and Palo Alto Networks — and has helped customers identify and win contracts worth over £500 million.
