Taj Kamranpour

Taj Kamranpour is an Iranian-born entrepreneur who grew up in Ecuador before building a career spanning gold mining strategy, growth-stage startups, and co-founding one of the UK's most promising govtech companies. He studied at London Business School, where he completed his MBA between 2017 and 2019 and met his two Stotles co-founders through a shared frustration with the opacity and inefficiency of public procurement.
Taj co-founded Stotles in 2019 and serves as Co-Founder and COO, overseeing operations and scaling the platform across the UK and into the US. Prior to Stotles, he held a strategy role at a major mining group in Toronto focused on M&A, and worked in the growth team at peer-to-peer rental marketplace Fat Llama. At Stotles, he has been instrumental in building the commercial infrastructure needed to serve enterprise customers including Amazon Business, Salesforce, Vodafone, and Snowflake.
Stotles has raised a total of $21.6 million, with its most recent $13 million Series A in 2025 led by Headline and Acton. The platform now supports over 1,000 businesses in winning public sector contracts, and has helped customers identify and win contracts worth over £500 million.
