Tessaract

Tessaract is a cloud-based operations platform built for law firms, designed to replace the patchwork of separate systems most practices use to run their day-to-day work. The product unifies case management, billing, finance, compliance and collaboration into one environment, with the aim of cutting administrative overhead and freeing lawyers to focus on client work.

Firms use Tessaract to handle client onboarding, manage matters, run billing cycles and meet compliance obligations from a single workflow. Future product development is focused on AI-powered process optimisation and financial intelligence tools tailored to legal practice management.

Founded in Singapore in 2017 by Cherilyn Tan and Lim Siang Dat, the company has scaled from a team of five to a global operation and relocated its headquarters to London in 2025 to push into the UK market. Tessaract has raised £4.6 million from Mercia Ventures and Fuel Ventures, on top of earlier backing from Wavemaker Partners.
