What to expect:

​👉 We will talk about what we mean by emotional intelligence, why it matters, and how we can look at emotions not as directives we have to act off, but rather as data - data that if interpreted accurately, can signpost us to what we need.

​👉 We’ll also look at the skills we need to develop greater emotional intelligence. There will be plenty of opportunities for networking, group discussion, and individual reflection.
