1st Line IT Support Engineer

This role would be ideal for someone who loves technology, has an interest in security and enjoys providing exceptional customer service as well as someone who is comfortable with the ever changing landscape of a Startup/Scaleup. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our employees' tech and some security related issues. You will also be responsible for resolving them or escalating them to the appropriate team. You will provide exceptional customer service and technical support, using your problem-solving skills to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
