That being said, we would love for candidates for be able to demonstrate these competencies:

• Ability to take responsibility for all aspects of Fnality’s financial control by delivering process improvements, producing clear, concise, and informative financial reporting to enable greater accuracy and efficiency of the reporting process.
• Being comfortable working within a cross functional team, taking part in all phases of financial control and tasks outside of your experience
• Coordination of tax accounting, ideally with multi-jursidictional tax experience
• Ability to think of the big picture strategy while governing the day-to-day administration of finance and engagement
• Working diligently with investment professionals to understand controlled and fund investments, their cashflow requirements and their reporting ensuring this is managed efficiently and on a timely basis.
• Applying subject matter expertise and best practise on the company’s external reporting based on IFRS and UK GAAP
• Ability to design inter-company and cross jurisdictional agreements to comply with tax legislation and transfer pricing
• Finding the appropriate level of oversight as the business grows and scales up balancing speed of execution with internal controls
