Financial Operations Associate

Reporting to our Financial Operations Lead, you’ll be responsible for:

• Owning the SPV Process: Taking charge of the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) process from a FinOps perspective, managing tasks such as invoicing, setting up legal entities, investment closing, processing refunds, dealing with exits, and overseeing other investment events and regulatory reporting
• Documentation and Improvement: Meticulously documenting all SPV processes and proposing enhancements and automations to streamline our operations
• Implementation of Improvements: Internally implementing SPV process improvements and collaborating with the Product team on automation and productisation
• New Process Implementation: Collaborating on the implementation of new processes for emerging products, such as new SPV legal structures
• Customer Interaction: Directly liaising with customers at every stage of the process, noting feedback and identifying pain points to enhance their experience
