The Operations Lead will work in the Fnality International organisation which is primarily a product development company. The operations to be managed mainly apply to the provision of services around those products such as;

• Feature request management with clients
• 3rd level support services to clients
• Product incident management including emergency release management
• Release management and quality control of products
• Coordinating with multiple internal and external teams to ensure product releases are of sufficient quality
• Managing to strict SLAs
