People & Operations Lead

This role is fundamental to the success of the Fnality UK team as we propel towards the launch of our Fnality UK payment system. Our culture is fast-moving, so we’re looking for someone who is super organised, confident using technology along with having laser focus whilst balancing multiple priorities.

Reporting into the Head of People with a varied scope spanning both HR, and the wider team. This is an great opportunity for someone who is hungry to deepen their HR knowledge in a dynamic environment. As we scale, we expect this role to grow and progress with the individual. The main outcomes of the role are:

• Support the Head of People with recruitment activities and implementation of key People & Talent initiatives including training.
• Work with external providers ensuring services are delivered accurately and in a timely manner i.e. referencing.
• Administer all employee lifecycle processes, e.g., onboarding/offboarding, benefits and performance reviews.
• Maintain and update our HR Information Systems, ensuring data is accurate, complete, and compliant.
• Updating key documents and policies as necessary
• Contribute to key People projects e.g., succession planning, engagement, and training plans.
• Support a lean and Agile delivery team with the organisation of key meetings (including Board meetings), administration, distribution of comms and tooling requests
  
• Production of key key data and reporting e.g., payroll, board data.
• Coordination and administration of the Fnality UK Team, Board and formal Committees.
• Diary Management for Executive/Board Team as and when required.
