People Operations Manager

Reporting into the Director of People, we're looking for a dynamic and experienced People Operations Manager to join the People team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering a positive inclusive work environment, developing talent, and implementing strategies to support the company's growth objectives as we scale. The People Ops Manager will play a critical role in shaping our culture, managing employee relations, driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention, overseeing our global workforce and Employer of Record (EOR) relationships, ensuring HR policies and practices align with our company values, and resolving compliance matters.
