Anita Rajdev

Anita Rajdev is a British-Indian entrepreneur and commercial leader with over 30 years of experience at the intersection of technology, legal, and professional services. A repeat entrepreneur, she built her career in senior roles navigating complex deals between major technology companies and enterprise clients, developing a deep command of how large organisations buy and deploy technology at scale.
Her most prominent pre-Valliance role was at EPAM Systems, where she shaped high-value enterprise partnerships, and at Gemalto, the global digital security company. Across these positions, Rajdev developed a reputation for building trusted, long-term client relationships in environments where the commercial stakes were high and the products were technically demanding. Her background spans the full arc of enterprise technology sales and partnership development — from structuring deals to managing board-level stakeholder relationships.
In 2025, Rajdev co-founded Valliance alongside Tarek Nseir and Rad Parvin, bringing her commercial expertise to bear on one of enterprise technology's most persistent problems: the failure of traditional consultancies to deliver measurable AI results. At Valliance, she serves as Senior Value Partner and Founder, responsible for defining the firm's value-driven client relationships and its outcome-based commercial model. Her founding philosophy is direct — that consulting clients should only pay when value has been created in a live production environment, not on the basis of billable hours or project phases.
Rajdev is a vocal critic of the legacy consulting model in the context of AI, publicly calling out the misalignment of incentives that she argues has driven billions in wasted enterprise investment. Her perspective, shaped by decades inside enterprise technology, is that the AI era demands a fundamentally new consulting architecture — one that shares risk with clients and earns its fees through demonstrated outcomes rather than effort alone.
