Valliance is an AI-native consultancy launched in November 2025 with £11.4 million in private equity backing from Siguler Guff & Company. Operating from offices in London and The Hague, the firm was purpose-built to close the gap between AI investment and measurable business results in large enterprises.

Traditional consultancies have failed to deliver on the promise of AI at enterprise scale. Research across 1,000 senior leaders at the UK's largest enterprises found that half of all AI projects fall short of expectations, with the most common failure attributed to focusing too heavily on technology over business outcomes. Valliance was founded to confront this directly — not as a retooled legacy firm, but as a genuinely new model designed for the AI era.

The firm's core differentiator is outcome-based pricing: clients pay only when value has been delivered in a live production environment, with no billable hours and no bloated project teams. This structural commitment forces Valliance to select engagements where measurable impact is genuinely achievable and to walk away from science projects that will never reach production. By eliminating the misaligned incentives of the billable-hour model, Valliance positions itself as a partner rather than a vendor.

At launch, the firm counted three enterprise clients among its earliest adopters and a team of 15 consultants, technologists, data analysts, and designers. Valliance has set a target of growing to 80 AI specialists by 2026 and reaching €100 million in revenue by 2030, with organic growth to be supplemented by strategic acquisitions that build out the firm as a platform business across European markets.
