Asude Altintas Guray

Asude Altintas Guray began her career in education and social impact through her involvement with YGA (Young Guru Academy), a Turkish NGO dedicated to spreading quality STEM education to underserved communities. Working alongside thousands of students in under-resourced schools gave her and her co-founders a profound understanding of what teachers and children actually need — and what the education system was failing to provide.
Drawing on those experiences, Asude co-founded Twin Science & Robotics in 2017, alongside Omer Gorgulu and Cihan Ozalevli. As CEO, she has guided the company from a mission-driven classroom project into an award-winning UK edtech business with products reaching over one million children in more than 35 countries. Twin's physical STEM kits — compatible with LEGO and designed in collaboration with UCL and Imperial College — pair with a digital app that gamifies coding, robotics and sustainability education for children aged 5 to 14.
Twin Science & Robotics has secured partnerships with Intel, Rolls-Royce, Google and Ford, won recognition from the World Economic Forum's Smart Toy AI Awards and Bett Awards, and built a presence in over 4,000 schools. Asude has been a prominent voice on STEM access and gender equity in education, including on CNN Turk, where she and her co-founders hosted a science show for children.
