Bilal Ishaq Khan is a British-Pakistani entrepreneur and investor with a career spanning over two decades in global financial markets. He began at Goldman Sachs and went on to lead multi-billion-dollar investments across private equity, growth equity, and fixed income in both public and private markets worldwide. His deep understanding of pricing, market structure, and information asymmetry in financial markets became the intellectual foundation for his entrepreneurial work.

In 2020, Bilal co-founded Doji alongside Fernando Montera Filho and Satyen Fakey, whom he met during their joint Masters programme at the University of Oxford. The idea was to apply the transparency and efficiency of financial market infrastructure — real-time pricing, order books, and standardised product grading — to the fragmented and opaque market for used consumer technology. As Co-Founder, Bilal has championed Doji's sustainability mission and its commitment to extending the lifecycle of tech devices to reduce electronic waste.

Doji has raised $3 million in seed funding, expanded into Brazil, and grown to £25 million in annual UK revenue. The company has won the Mobile Industry Awards Startup of the Year and has been shortlisted for the London Chamber of Commerce Sustainability Award.
