Farah Kabir is the co-founder and CEO of HANX, a London-based sexual wellness company she launched in 2017 with childhood friend Dr Sarah Welsh. The brand sells vegan, biodegradable condoms, lubricant and intimate health products through more than 2,000 UK retail sites including Boots, Tesco, Sainsbury's, Superdrug and WHSmith.

Before HANX, Kabir spent close to a decade in financial services, ending as an associate in asset management at Goldman Sachs. The idea for HANX came after an awkward encounter buying condoms in a high-street pharmacy, where she and Welsh — by then an NHS gynaecology doctor — saw a category that had stopped innovating and a market designed around men.

Kabir has since become a vocal advocate for women's health and underrepresented founders, speaking at 10 Downing Street and joining the Mayor of London's Grow London trade mission to the US. She studied accounting and finance at Durham University and is a CIMA-qualified accountant.
