Currently, she is the Weekday Breakfast Radio Presenter at BBC Asian Network, a role she has held since October 2017,  for five years and eleven months.

Harpz Kaur began her career as a Broadcast Assistant at BBC Asian Network in January 2010, holding the position for a month.

In June 2012, she took on the roles of News Reader, Reporter, Editor, and Producer at BCB Radio for a period of two months, located in Bradford, United Kingdom.

Subsequently, in August 2012, Harpz Kaur worked as a News Reader, Reporter, Producer, and Editor for Leeds Today Online, for a month.

In September 2012, she briefly served as a Reporter at ITV Calendar for one month, followed by a similar role at The Pulse of West Yorkshire in October 2012, also lasting for a month.

In November 2012, Harpz Kaur worked as a Journalist for BBC Radio 4's Woman's Hour.

She freelanced at Capital FM from June 2013 to July 2013.

From April 2014 to August 2015, she held the position of News Reader at 2BR for one year and five months.

During the period from July 2014 to September 2015, Harpz Kaur was a Radio DJ at All Star FM for one year and three months.

In October 2017, she became Radio Presenter at BBC Asian Network.

In January 2020, she stepped into the role of Television Presenter at BBC on a full-time basis, Saturday Mashup Live.
