Jaibir Nihal Singh

Jaibir Nihal Singh is an Indian-origin entrepreneur who co-founded TraqCheck in 2020 alongside Armaan Mehta after the pair met as students in Los Angeles and noticed the gap between US and Indian background-verification technology. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Pepperdine University.

Singh leads the company as Co-CEO and was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia AI list in 2025. Beyond TraqCheck, he is a partner in the Nihal Singh Family Office, a multi-generational vehicle that invests across public equity, private equity and real estate.

Under his leadership, TraqCheck has relocated its headquarters from New Delhi to London, grown to nearly 300 enterprise customers across India and Europe, and launched the Human Operating System — a stack of AI agents that handle hiring workflows end-to-end. The company raised a £6 million Series A in April 2026 led by IvyCap Ventures.
