TraqCheck is an AI-native HR technology company that builds autonomous agents to handle enterprise hiring workflows end-to-end. Founded in 2020 by Jaibir Nihal Singh and Armaan Mehta, the company is headquartered in London with an office in New Delhi.

Its platform, marketed as a Human Operating System, comprises specialised AI agents that replace fragmented HR software rather than layering on top of it. Trace, the flagship agent, automates background verification across criminal records, education, identity and employment history. Nina, launched more recently, is a conversational sourcing agent that initiates outreach, qualifies candidates and routes vetted prospects to hiring managers in real time.

TraqCheck serves nearly 300 enterprise customers across India and Europe, including Randstad Enterprise, Wipro and The Digital College. The company raised a £6 million Series A in April 2026 led by IvyCap Ventures with participation from IIFL Fintech Fund, following earlier backing from angel investors including Lenskart founder Peyush Bansal and Everstone Capital chairman Alok Oberoi. The latest funding will grow TraqCheck's UK headcount to 25 and accelerate European expansion.
