Rohini Sofat is co-founder and Chief Customer Officer of Free Soul, the UK women's nutrition brand she started with her brother Arjun in 2017. The company grew out of a personal moment: during her husband's serious health scare, Rohini turned to exercise and nutrition to cope with stress, and found the wellness market's offering for women — largely watered-down versions of men's supplements or thin-focused diet products — was failing to address real nutritional needs.

Free Soul has since reached over 2 million women globally and built a community-driven brand around honest conversations about women's health, hormones, and wellbeing. Rohini's role centres on customer experience: she has read and responded to customer messages from the very first orders and continues to do so even as the brand has scaled across the UK and internationally. The company is best known for its viral Greens supplement and a range of nutritionist-formulated protein blends and functional products.

Before Free Soul, Rohini's background was in interior design and consumer brands. She studied at Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics and the KLC School of Design, and worked across the international furniture sector before turning her attention to wellness. Her approach to building Free Soul has been deliberately community-led, prioritising customer trust and education over conventional growth marketing.
