Sanjeev Sanghera is the founder of Doner Shack, to revolutionize the UK's perception of the  Kebab.

He is also the co-founder and Managing Director ofHaus Hospitality.

Sanjeev Sanghera began his academic journey at Cardonald College, where he pursued a degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from 1998 to 2000.

Following his college years, he embarked on his professional career as an Executive Chef with IQ Restaurants Ltd, a position he held from June 2004 to April 2016.

In November 2008, Sanjeev Sanghera took the entrepreneurial plunge and founded Papadoms, an endeavor that lasted until November 2018.

He assumed the role of Founder and Managing Director at Döner Haus in February 2017, which concluded in December 2018.

In December 2018, Sanjeev became the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Döner Shack, where he has remained for four years and ten months, showcasing his dedication to the business.

In January 2023, he expanded his horizons by co-founding and managing Haus Hospitality.

They recently won the top fast casual restaurant in the UK, awarded by the likes of H3C and the British Franchise Association.
