Shah Rajan

Jannat Shah Rajan, an investor at Forestay Capital, is an early-growth stage tech fund and part of B-FLEXION, an entrepreneurial private investment firm founded by Ernesto Bertarelli

She embarked on her academic journey at HEC Paris, where she pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Managerial & Financial Economics.

Following her academic pursuits, she gained practical experience as a Global Distribution Intern at Citadel Investment Group for less than a year in 2012.

In 2014, Rajan transitioned to Deutsche Bank, assuming the role of a Corporate Finance Analyst, and contributing to the financial landscape until 2016.

She took on the position of Investment Senior Associate at AXA Venture Partners (AVP), dedicating her efforts from 2016 to 2019.

In 2020, Rajan took a pivotal step in her career by becoming the Head of Strategic Finance at Hopin, a role she held until 2022. Building on this experience, she transitioned to the role of Head of Finance at Lean Technologies in 2022.

Rajan participate in the Newton Venture Program, where she served as a Newton Venture Fellow from April 2023 to October 2023.

Currently, she has embraced the role of VC and Growth Investor at Forestay Capital, marking the latest phase in her journey, where she has been contributing since October 2023.
