YihKai Teh is co-founder and chief technology officer of Intropy, the London company building an AI system that makes and executes operational decisions for spare parts businesses. Originally from Malaysia, he came to the UK for his academic career and spent his research years at University College London, where he worked on artificial intelligence before moving into industry.

That move took him to Tractable, the London AI firm best known for applying computer vision to vehicle damage assessment for insurers.
