MYNDUP

MYNDUP is a London-based business-to-business mental health platform that gives employees same-day, anonymous, one-to-one video sessions with practitioners across the full mental health spectrum — including therapy, counselling, mindfulness, meditation, and life and career coaching. Unlike most workplace EAPs, employees choose their own practitioner from a network of more than 12,000 professionals.
The company sells to HR and benefits teams as a workplace benefit, with the service free and confidential at the point of use for employees. MYNDUP cites Deloitte data putting the cost of mental health-related sickness absence in the UK at £53–56 billion a year, and reports that the majority of users see reductions in stress, anxiety and depression after using the platform.
Founded in February 2020 by Joel Gujral, MYNDUP has raised approximately £5.4 million across multiple rounds, including a £4.4 million Series A in November 2022 backed by family offices and angel investors from LSEG, Deutsche Bank, Blackstone, Adobe and BP Ventures. By 2024 it served over 50,000 employees across roughly 50 countries.
