Presently, Joel continues to steer MYNDUP as its Founder & CEO, providing global mental health support for employees, a mission he has been dedicated to since April 2019.

Throughout his journey as an entrepreneur, Joel has earned multiple awards inlcuding, Winner of the CVC Young Innovator Awards 2020, Winner of the Barclays Start-up Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2021 ,Winner of the Tech Nation Rising Stars 4.0 2022, Top 100 Asian Stars in UK Tech 2023 listed as a top 5 UK startup.

His career journey began as an Air Cadet with the Royal Air Force Air Cadets from September 2008 to June 2010.

During his Gap Year, he served as a Student at the Lee Westwood Golf School from September 2012 to September 2013.

Joel then ventured into Sales, Finance, and Product Development Internship at The Indian Tea Company, contributing for 4 years and 9 months from January 2010 to September 2014.

His path led him to Loughborough University, where he assumed the position of President of the Trading Society Investment Club for 6 months from October 2014 to March 2015.

Following this, he engaged as an Investment Research Analyst at Livingbridge for 5 months, and as a Finance, Compliance, and Operations Change Associate Consultant at Morgan McKinley for 7 months, both in London, United Kingdom, from July 2015 to May 2016.

Continuing his journey, Joel co-founded FRUUTEA LTD and held the position of Co-Founder & Director for 2 years and 1 month, from August 2016 to August 2018, securing funding and recognition for his endeavors.

He then transitioned to a role in Risk Advisory at RSM UK for 1 year and 4 months, from January 2018 to April 2019, before becoming the Business Development Lead at Firedrop for 9 months, from July 2019 to March 2020.

Further demonstrating his commitment to entrepreneurship and mentorship, Joel served as a 2020 Fellow and 2021 Mentor at the Centre for Entrepreneurs from August 2019 to November 2021.
